DS-x2 E3 Chat

E3 is nearing and of course you'd like to chat about just about everything with your fellow DS-x2 readers. Now you can.

During E3, DS-x2 will face a few changes. One among these changes is the disabling of the comment-functionality. More on the changes can be found in the forums.

As we do understand that you may desire to share your thoughts on all the news, games and media released during the E3 event, DS-x2 has re-opened the irc-chatroom for all of its visitors to discuss whatever they feel necessary (as long as you keep it decent). Tonight, the chatroom will be open for everyone to test the chat applet for him or herself.

The chatroom can be found on Quakenet (channel: #DS-x2) and can be reached using any irc-client you may already own. For our visitors who do not know how to access the irc-network, we've also got an online chat applet to use.

  At the moment, it is. I'll be around tonight again ([b]May 3, between 17:30 and 20:30 CET[/b]). If we get enough people in there, people might actually stick around. I've seen too many people come in and leaving within a minute as "there's almost no-one inside". No, but if everyone leaves almost immediately, there never will be ;-)

  You could download mIRC (www.mirc.com), but you'll have to get used to that. The other option is to use our online java-applet (http://www.ds-x2.com/chat.php) which you can use free of charge :)

  Then the applet isn't loading for you. Check your browsers' settings whether java applets are allowed. Alternative: download mIRC, connect to Quakenet and join the channel #DS-x2
