Uhh...I'm like in college, and I still play games. You gotta learn to prioritize, dude.
looks good, except the maps look more like mazes, not too immersive, which Wind Waker was.
i doubt it will be wifi but theres always a chance
the game is going to pwn life.
I like how you can write notes on the dungeon maps, and it looks like there's intuitive use of the touch screen, nothing to gimicky. The graphics are great; I love Wind Waker's graphics. The map that the video showed (where he was in the boat) makes me nervous, it looked small. I just hope that's not the whole map. And the the return of helper fairies! (Sounds like and looks like Navi, but I dunno) It looks incredible. I'm so excited!!!
SWEET!
I LOVE IT
Oh my gosh! That's amazing!
I'm liking the art style.
Holy crap! Move over NSMB!
nice unfortuneatly i won't be getting it. hunters was my last game. gotta prepare for University.
insaneness the only thing im worried about is if it will be delayed like the zelda for gamecube
yeah, but i really want to do well and focus on studies the first year, when i get the hang of it then maybe i can relax a bit. i am trying to enter MCAT (to be a doctor) very tough competition you know.
Holy Sh..!! Awesome!! *-* And the great "Dark Overworld-Theme" seems to be back :D I love this one as much as the original Zelda-Theme =)
Bit worried; the video to me shows you have non direct control over link, and instead control the fairy. When link does a spin attack, navi(easier to call it this) spins round in a circle just before hand, which would indicate it is the stylus spinning, so navi represents the tip of the stylus. Before link attacks, navi moves to the enemy, and then link attacks. When link is running away, it is navi leading link through to a safe spot.... I hope there is a direct control method though.
OMG not stylus control please
You may be right, Jonno -.- That would suck.. but maybe we controll Link himself with the D-Pad and his actions with the Stylus.. i hope so!
holy. shit. edit* edit* just read through every1's comments.. and that would suck if you only control navi but we'll see soon. still very impressive tho
the only thing i have a problem with is link's closeup. it looks really weird
Wow, I would like to have my hands wrapped around that game at E3 (it's been confirmed playable at E3). Although I'd like a game more like Ocarina of Time for the DS, this game looks good according to the video. Let's hope for some new news soon.
"The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass" Yeh well done Hazuki, 10/10 for reading the news article. Video added people, and yes mad_boy it is 3D.
Launches later this year, now this sounds nearly too good to be true! Can't wait for the first screens from this game! :-)
I don't think they will release it this year. They say they will but they won't, be so sure. nintendo are known to dalay their big games at least once.
Screens shown.
Is the game in 3D? I cant really tell the screens are quite bright Anyhow Cannot wait for the game!
It's top down 3D.
Thannk You :)
AMAZING!!!!!111ONE finally the non-fourswords game is revealed! looks pretty good from under all the brightness
great to finally see a new zelda, too bad it's not 3d, always liked those a tad more than the top-down ones
The Official name is apparently "The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass". :-)
Beat me to it.
wow, the cell shaded style really suits the DS i think, and judging from the video the touch screen plays a massive role with all weapons and puzzles :D
Top-down 3D--YES!!
I just can't believe this is for the DS after watching that video. I watched it about 5 times already to make sure. Wow.
Sorry Ben DS-x2. I posted this on the wrong site. This was meant for a other "forum".
Ah okay, no problem. Anyway, this game looks immense. It should be playable at E3 by the looks of the video and ints progression.
Hi-resolution video added. :)
Video is AMAZING :O
:o
I WANT IT!
