NDS Japanese To Learn English

In the past, Asia got the Touch Dic dictionary for the Nintendo DS. Now Nintendo is going one step further on learning the Japanese decent English.

Nintendo of Japan has opened up a minisite for a new edutainment title, dedicated to learn the Japanese people some decent English. Using the touchscreen for input and combined with the handwriting recognition as reported earlier, the upcoming title appears to recognize the words entered by the user.

A small demo of the title can be found here.

  • We need a "learn Japanese" dictionary here. That'd be cool. And change the name, of course, for us sick-minded people on this side of the planet. :P

  • @dark_wolf: Not necessarily. English is the hardest language in the world to understand, because of all the exceptions to the rules and whatnot. Personally, I think Spanish is better. Unfortunately, I can't speak Spanish as well as English. Maybe we need a multi-language dictionary or something.

  • I'm Spanish and it's a hard language I think that... It would be good for other conutries where people doesn't speak english
