Could be. Who knows. But I can't download it because of THIS VERY PROBLEM. When I click on "Download Flash", the page doesn't work because this appears at the top of the page:

great site but i find it funny that it doesnt list any gba tracks in the retro grand prix. i kno they r there but u would think they would at leasty list 1

Near the top, there's a whole block of ActiveX settings. Just keep the 'unsafe' or 'unsigned' (no signature) elements at 'blocked'. Put the others on 'ask' or 'allow'.
By the way, have you tried installing the Flash/Shockwave player from here?

For one I don't know where "extra" is. There's only "File", "Edit", "View", "Favourites", "Tools" and "Help".
And one more thing, what do I have to modify?
in Internet Explorer:
extra -> options -> security -> temporarily modify the options for 'The Internet' (don't forget to put them back when you've downloaded and installed the Flash plugin)
