Megaman Battle Network 6 - Confirmed

It's official! Capcom have gone too far with the 6th installment of the same game. Of course times that by 2 since there are 2 versions for no reason, and then there are the DS version...

Earlier today Capcom officially announced the sequel to it's long running Mega Man Battle Network series. Right of the bat Capcom stated that Mega Man Battle Network 6 will be exclusively for the Game Boy Advance like the rest of the series.

In this installment, users will once again control the main character Lan. The new story starts with Lan's father having to move the family due to work. Lan will explore the new town while jacking into the net as his alter ego Mega Man.

Following it's last three predecessors, the game will feature two different versions of the game. Capcom is claiming that it is the "climax" of the series hinting that this could be the final installment in the series for the time being.

  The stories of EXE series has gone downhill since EXE 3. In effort to save the series, they brought Dr. Light into the game, but not that many people got the reference.
