E3: Nintendo's Pre-E3 Conference

In a few minutes time, Nintendo will start their Pre-E3 press conference. Of course we'll try to report as much as possible... Update 1 25 Publishers working on Nintendo DS Online. Update 2 GameBoy Micro shown... Update 3 Upcoming GBA / NDS games shown...

For now, expect the revelation of Nintendo's upcoming console (the Revolution), which will be fully covered on our mother-site Cube-Europe. Also, many new games for the GameCube, the Nintendo DS and the GameBoy Advance.

Update 1 25 Publishers working on Nintendo DS Online. Reggie Fils-Aime has revealed that 25 different publishers are currently working on Nintendo DS titles that will use the online capabilities of the system. Amongst these publishers are: Activision, Banpresto, Ubisoft, Sega, Atari, Majesco, Vivendi, Capcom, EA, Konami and Square Enix.

Update 2 GameBoy Micro shown... Nintendo has redesigned the GameBoy Advance. The GameBoy Micro, a tiny version which is only a hair thicker than Apple's iPod, can play all GameBoy Advance games and will be available this Fall.

Update 3 Upcoming GBA / NDS games shown... Just like every year, Nintendo's conference includes a small presentation of some of the upcoming games for their systems. This year, the presentation showed:Donkey Kong Country 3, Dynasty Warriors Advance, Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, Mario Tennis Advance, Yoshi Topsy-Turvy and Screw Breaker for the GameBoy Advance (or GB Micro of course...)Metroid Prime Hunters, Nintendogs, Megaman Battle Network 5: Double Team DS, Mario Kart DS, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory DS, Electroplankton, Need for Speed Underground 2 DS, Pac'N Roll, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Trace Memory (renamed Another Code), Goldeneye: Rogue Agent, Mario & Luigi 2, Animal Crossing DS, Advance Wars: Dual Strike, Kirby Canvas Curse, New Super Mario Bros, Madden NFL 2006, Spyro: Shadow Legacy, Meteos, Castlevania DS, Trauma Center: Under the Knife and Viewtiful Joe DS.

  I'm the complete opposite of disappointed. New Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess footage, more Animal Crossing DS, Mario & Luigi : Superstar Saga 2! REVOLUTION! It will play ALL NINTENDO CONSOLE GAMES (AND DVDS with an extra component)! Don't believe me? Check out the press conference for yourself (on Gamespot.com)! I could die of anticipation!
