NDS Super Pac-Man Pinball - Cancelled

Shortly after Super Pac-Man Pinball was announced for the DS, it was quickly taken off the release list.

Earlier this week we reported on Super Pac-Man Pinball, a Nintendo DS follow-up to the just-released Game Boy Advance Pac-Man Pinball Advance. Namco today informed us that the game has been cancelled.

The game, in development at Rubik Interactive, was scheduled to hit the DS this Fall. No details have been offered regarding the title's cancellation.

  • Nice interpretation, Skarmachild. =) (About the online news story you removed) Don't worry, there's room for dyslexic and / or stupid people in the world too. Okay, just kidding... =)

  • Don't really care too much, though it did look nice (graphically)

  • Haven't seen it. Unfortunately the only way to see anything from Nintendo Power here in Europe is to wait for scans.

  • I did hear some people claiming there was one (or a few) screens in the edition of Nintendo Power that showed the title. The screens never hit the web though.

  • It's on a few websites, mostly Japan - the sources confirmed a Q2 release for online.
