E3: Majesco's Line-up

Yet another line-up revealed. Majesco joins the E3 club... with some new wireless networking technologies?

Just as about every other company, Majesco is revealing its E3 line-up. Apart from two next-generation titles, Demonik and The Darkness, Majesco is also showcasing several games based on high profile entertainment properties including Aeon Flux, Taxi Driver and Jaws Unleashed. In addition, both Advent Rising for Xbox and PC and Psychonauts for the PlayStation 2 on the floor.

However, Majesco is also a big handheld fan. The company will debut several flagship properties on the PSP and Nintendo DS, including:Black & White Creatures (Nintendo DS, PSP)Infected (PSP)Advent Shadow (PSP)Bust-A-Move DS (Nintendo DS)Guilty Gear Judgment (PSP?)Guilty Gear Dust Strikers (Nintendo DS?)Nanostray (Nintendo DS)Texas Hold ?Em Poker DS (Nintendo DS)Golden Nugget Casino DS (Nintendo DS)A Boy and His Blob (unknown)ATV Quad Frenzy (Nintendo DS)

Representing its Videos product line, Majesco is showcasing key properties from Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel and others. Game Boy Advance Video utilizes Majesco?s platform independent proprietary video compression technology that allows full-color, full-motion video to be viewed on the handheld system.

In addition, Majesco is demonstrating exciting new wireless networking and communications technologies for the Sony PSP handheld system and Nintendo DS. These technologies offer more fun and ease of use while lending new connectivity and communication options to the next generation of handheld systems. We can't wait to see what Majesco comes up with after the 3-miles-far wireless instant messenger for the GameBoy Advance shown last year...

  Again: no Moonlight Fables... Whatever happened to Age of Empires DS: beats me. Also: <i>A Boy and his Blob</i> was previously a GBA title, which got 'cancelled' without any notice. Could be that they've moved the project to the DS instead.

  As usual, Guilty Gear Dust Strikers will be another thingy with DS on the end, ala Deluxe Series & whatnot. Of course its for DS. Why the '?' ? Cant wait for: Guilty Gear (see what the heck it is) Golden Nugget Casion (Whats with the tonnes of casino games for DS?) Nanostray (LIKE 0MFG, MY FAVE GAME SINCE THE FIRST SCREENS YONKS AGO) BAM DS (BAM 2 Arcade for PS1 was the best, loved the series since the original Puzzle Bobble) Black & White Creatures (my friend has this for PC and sais its great)
