NDS DS Month - Project Rub Reviewed

We promised you DS Month, and DS Month you will get. A brand new review on the game many gamers still think about as a dating simulation...

Thanks to a guest-appearance of Domstercool, we can bring you a review on Project Rub. Domstercool had to rub, scream at, blow at and touch his Nintendo DS unit just to get a virtual girl's attention. Find out about his opinion on the game here.

In the past, we had already seen Terrace's review on Feel the Magic: XY/XX, but it's always nice to see a European opinion on the game as well. Terrace's review is still available for consulting here.

  • It deserves more than 8.1 i think. I've got it, but i havn't managed to finish it! I'm on nightmare 3! Bloody plant! :P The funny voice samples should've gotten a special mention in the sound section.

  • 'funny'? :| I agree with Domstercool and Terrace to be honest: it's a nice game, but way too short.

  • The plant is a bit of a pain.

  • Tedious also. It's nowhere near as satisfying as tickling a camp man's armpit in Wario Ware...

  • Dennis: Yeah! The voices of our hero! I found them funny! If you don't your humour is a tumour! ;) (Just kidding)

  • It's still Project Rub over there? Oh well, unless they changed it dramatically, I seriously recommend getting it. You guys are sort of lucky in the sense that for you, the DS comes out in the beginning of the game rush, not to mention your release date coincides with a supposed announcement from Nintendo. But, to stay on topic, this is a great game to use just to pass time, and the minigames last longer than 3 seconds.

  • Ir's real neat that game, I would give it 8.8
