Ubi Soft has secured the rights on a new brand: Trollz.
Ubi Soft announced that they've acquired a license from DIC Entertainment, allowing Ubi Soft to create videogames (for all platforms) based on the 'Trollz', described by DIC Entertainment as "a contemporary look at those wild-haired creatures that have captivated us since the 50s (..) a group of teen friends that live in a spectacular world of ogres, gnomes, dragons and a bit of magic - but who have the same problems to deal with as teens everywhere: boyfriends, pimples, clothes, money, school, and figuring out what it means to grow up Trollish."
DIC Entertainment and Ubi Soft promised that more information on the Trollz will become available near the end of March. Ubi Soft has not announced any specific titles based on the Trollz.
