Bomberman DS Boxshot?

Online reseller EBGames uploaded a new boxart, however there's something odd happening here...

Online reseller EBGames often has the scoop on releasedates and boxarts. However, this time something isn't exactly as it should.

Just after the Nintendo DS was announced by Nintendo, Bomberman DS appeared on the releaselists as being published by Hudson Soft. EBGames's boxart of Bomberman however doesn't show Hudson anywhere, but Ubi Soft instead.

Whether Ubi Soft will take care of the publishing deal in the US or this boxart is simply a big mistake by EBGames, remains unknown.
