Nintendo DS Wireless Booster
A wireless connection booster for the Nintendo DS (and Sony PSP). This looks interesting...
Online reseller Mwave.com started listing a Nintendo DS / Sony PSP accessory called the 'Nintendo DS-DS/PSP Wireless Booster'. Developed by Pelican, the booster is said to act much like a 'normal' repeater allowing the 802.11b wi-fi signal in the Nintendo DS (or PSP) to extend beyond its normal range.
The benefit? If your neighbour does not own a Nintendo DS, but the person living one house further down the road does, you can still play from your own comfy chair. Not much really, we think. Unless Pelican knows something we don't...

It will be very interesting to see just how far this goes.
probably not as far as I would want it to go :P
the only problem is both people will problay need it.
not necessarily... if the signal from your friend is very weak (to weak for the DS to notice), the booster can amplify the signal.
Looks pretty cool to me, if it comes out in europe I'll buy it for sure.
By the use of the word 'repeater' it suggests that it will be a device that bridges the gap between the two DS, if you know what I mean.
Yep. This is sounding better all the time.
tat would create a HUGE network of DS players in a country :D (sort of online....)
