EA Buying Into Ubi Soft

Well, it's not a full take-over...

Electronic Arts and Ubi Soft today announced that EA acquired a 19.9 percent interest in Ubi Soft's company. Neither EA or Ubi gave out any financial terms of the deal.

Electronic Arts is currently expanding its monopoly. Last week, EA acquired the exclusive rights for football games through a new NFL license.
