700.000 Japanese DS's

700.000 Japanese Nintendo DS units... That's 1.400.000 screens!

In less than 2 weeks since the launch of the Nintendo DS in Japan, Nintendo managed to sell 700.000 units, according to TV Tokyo. Nintendo earlier announced the 1.400.000 units target for the end of 2004. With the holidays coming up, Nintendo might actually make that target.

  Good going. Thats a lot of units in just 2 weeks. Anyone know how many DS have been sold in the US? Off topic, I'm still waiting for my Mario64DS to arrive. :( But I have good ZooKeeper, and that is a fun game, good in 2 Player mode. :)
