  Among people who played the original: yes. Among those who played it on GameCube or Wii: don't think so. Among those who never played it: I doubt it... somehow I think the 'newbies' regard this as 'not so pretty'

  Yes the angle from the GC and Wii crowd is that "you already have the game- why buy it". As for the newer players, I think it might sell a bit. But clearly this game is a fan service.
