Link and Zelda Launch Into Joint Adventure
It's been 22 years since Link first set out to rescue Princess Zelda from the evil Ganon. This week, for the first time ever, they join forces in a brand new adventure as The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks launches across Europe on Nintendo DS and Nintendo DSi.
Having Zelda's spirit with you as you guide Link through mystical temples, vast landscapes and villages has a direct impact on the gameplay. With her, players can control hulking suits of armour known as Phantoms, allowing you to direct both Link and these new allies in order to battle enemies, solve puzzles and uncover secrets. Zelda also rides alongside Link on his customisable train, as you travel across vast worlds, offering wisdom that will help you discover new areas and items. Together, they must work to fight an age-old evil that is trapped beneath Hyrule's Tower of Spirits - and is threatening to escape. As well as working closely with Zelda, your new teammate, you will discover many new items, including the Whirlwind with which you create little tornados by blowing into the console's microphone, a Whip and a magical Sand Wand. And, of course, the mystical Spirit Pipes, which allow you to play tunes that may change the world around you. Immerse yourself in the single player adventure - or tackle the six unique multiplayer battle arenas, which can be played simultaneously by up to four people over local wireless connection between four consoles. The spirit of Zelda will accompany Link from 11th December when The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks launches across Europe on Nintendo DS and Nintendo DSi!

Looking forward to this. Nothing beats a new Zelda title around the Xmas period. Shame I have an exam on the day of release but I'll have it for afterwards to cheer me up. :P
I think it's safe to say that all DS owners are.
And for the first time Zelda can use her mad skills she has in Smash Bros on those orcs.
I can't wait- my copy should be here later today (so far it hasn't came) its in my town, so it should be here!
Hypothetically speaking: weren't Link and Sheik (=Zelda) already working together against Ganon(dorf) in Ocarina of Time?
Sheik had a roll simular to what the spirit gardiuans have in ST. Pretty much teaching songs, and telling you how to do stuff.
