New THQ titles for FY 2010

Based on THQ's recent report on fiscal year 2009, we were able to add a few new upcoming titles for Wii and Nintendo DS to our database.

In THQ's fiscal year 2009 report, the company included the outlook for 2010. Apart from a few titles we already knew about, we were able to add a few new titles to our database baed on the information in the report.

For Fiscal Year 2010, THQ expects to release (at least) the following titles on Nintendo DS and/or Wii:

• WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2010 (Wii and Nintendo DS)
• MX vs. ATV (Nintendo DS)
• All Star Cheer Squad 2 (Wii)
• Disney Pixar's Up (Wii and Nintendo DS)Disney Pixar's Cars Race-O-Rama (Wii and Nintendo DS)
• Marvel Super Hero Squad (Wii and Nintendo DS)
• SpongeBob Truth or Square (Wii and Nintendo DS)

Furthermore, THQ revealed that three more titles in the family/mass appeal range would be disclosed later this year. Whether these include Nintendo DS and/or Wii titles remains unknown for the moment, but we all know THQ...

  So THQ aren't giving us Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 then? Well that's kinda crap. I'll admit to not giving the first one much time (I took it back to the store a day or so after buying because I wanted to get Call of Duty 3 instead) but it wasn't bad and if they at least tried to take advantage of what the system has to offer then it would work well. I guess the Marvel Super Hero Squad is what we're getting instead but I doubt it'll have the character roster to compete with Ultimate Alliance.

  Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 comes from Activision if I recall correctly. De Blob for DS vanished from the lists though. Trying to get some confirmation on that.

  Oops. Been awhile since I've seen the game mentioned anywhere so that's my excuse. And yeh, strange that de Blob has gone missing. You'd think it'd still be there given the relative success of the Wii title and the developer's want to make a sequel.
