According to GBAparty.nl, Nintendo has been fined 149,000,000 euro by the European Commission for keeping (game)prices too high. A total of 18,800,000 euro was fined to other developers and distributors accross Europe.The verdict was based on cartels throughout the 90's.-update-The story was true.
