Harvest Moon: GBA-GC

Although details remain scant, Natsume has dropped hints about the upcoming Harvest Moon installment for the GameCube. According to Natsume, developer Viktor Interactive considers A Wonderful LIfe its magnum opus, combining everything players loved about previous installments with entirely new options, such as hybrid crops and "new farmyard animals."
Natsume's press packet states that "A Wonderful Life will span a lifetime on the farm and follow the drama that goes along with it." This comes as great news to series fans who considered the PS2 installment, Save the Homeland, something of a Harvest Moon Lite thanks to its comparatively limited options and lack of marriage altogether.
The game's visual style remains a mystery, though following the success developer Viktor Interactive had with implementing a 3D engine on the difficult PS2 hardware, it's probable that the game will again be a 3D title. Natsume's has released some artwork of a few of the game's characters, looking more akin to the child-like "chibi" art of the PSOne and N64 installments than the slightly more grown-up characters of Save the Homeland.
Additionally, an original GBA Harvest Moon title is slated for release around the same time as A Wonderful Life. The only thing known about the next portable Harvest Moon is that the game will offer some sort of of connectivity with its GCN big brother.
