Tomy Toys Starring Nintendogs

Toys producer Tomy joins the Nintendogs-success-bandwagon with toys based on the virtual pets.

DS-x2 visitor MeleeKirby let us know that during one of his usual channel-surfing sessions in an attempt to find anything of interest, he came across something very interesting (according to him, for once). Boomerang, the UK's sister channel to Cartoon Network advertised a series of interactive puppy toys branded with the Nintendogs brand. It appears that the toy company Tomy has taken notice of the game's popularity and struck a deal to manufacture these little toys to sell just in time for the upcoming Christmas season.

MeleeKirby was nice enough to record and YouTube (yes, we use that as a verb nowadays) the commercial all of our readers to check out.
