Welcome to 80's styule TEXT
Great... already have mine pre-ordered. The new sprites are starting to grow on me. :)
I think that's what they were aiming for. This is a ten year old game.
Im playing Tales of Eternia (PSP) atm, and this game doesn't look too dissimilar from ToE.. :P
The original fo Tales series. Story-wise and innovation-wise, the best Tales series ever. The later Tales story lines are pretty much the same and so are the game plays. The fan-subbed version uses Comic Sans MS, my favorite font.
The battle engine looks like Summon Night Craft Sword. (Which is a banpresto game, and they're owned by bandai, who recently merged with Namco, which would explain it...sorta/not really)
Yeah.. they realy could have improved the menu-look.. but rest of the game looks sweet =) Is this ToP 1 or 2? I did´n play the original ToP1, but the screens would also fit for ToP2 ;)
Should feel right at home next to RPG's like Golden Sun.
