NDS Mega Man Teaming Up With Europe In April

Capcom Europe has announced that they'll release Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team DS in Europe on April 13, 2006. Head inside if you still want some facts on the game announced long ago.

The forces of evil should beware – everyone's favourite hero is back as the hit Mega Man Battle Network 5 series blasts onto the Nintendo DS, combining all the fantastic features of the original Team Protoman and Team Colonel games. Catch Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team DS as it launches across Europe on the 13th of April 2006. Capcom is the developer and publisher of this title, while Nintendo themselves will distribute the game.

Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team DS allows you to embark on a challenging adventure in cyberspace as you take control of Mega Man and battle against a threat to the internet from the evil Nebula group. The action in Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team DS takes place on a 6x3 grid, entirely in real-time. Players must control Mega Man to avoid the enemy, while utilising a massive 360 different powerful attacks, moves and collected battle chips to devastate the opposition players.

Everyone needs a little encouragement from time to time - and Mega Man is no exception. Through the Nintendo DS's unique built in microphone you can provide the vital motivation Mega Man needs. Shouting encouragement to our hero helps to restore his heath and bring him back up to speed.

Fancy lending a helping hand to a friend on their adventure or simply battling it out to see who's the best? Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team DS's multiplayer functions allows players to wirelessly connect to another player's game, or link up to seven friends to send Mega Man into a wireless battle tournament.

Those already in possession of either of the Game Boy Advance versions are in luck! Connecting their Game Boy Advance cartridge to their Nintendo DS will allow them to trade rare and powerful battle chips to the DS version, boosting their character.

  • To be honest, EXE series should have ended at 4. They even brought back Dr. ***** (spoiler) to boost the popularity as a desperation move. They should have just end the EXE series and start new, like Rockman ZX.
