Shigesato Itoi teases us with Mother presents

Shigesato Itoi has updated his website with two presents, one of which contains a MP3, but how are these presents related to Mother 3? Click here to see his webpage and click here for a direct download to the MP3. Mr. Itoi says he shall update this page about once a week with new presents.
