ETC Less Nudity At E3 2006

The E3 event, known for its many revelations and boothbabes, loses one of its key factors... the boothbabes.

According to gaming blog Joystiq, the handbook for exhibitors during the E3 event reads an interesting, yet disappointing statement.

"Material, including live models, conduct that is sexually explicit and/or sexually provocative, including but not limited to nudity, partial nudity and bathing suit bottoms, are prohibited on the Show floor, all common areas, and at any access points to the Show."

Whether we won't see any half-naked boothbabes this year or not, most gamers will still eager to see what E3 does have in store for us this year.

  • They are a waste of time. Maybe they can use the money for them being hired for some good displays.

  • I hope this will bring more videogames content to E3, more developers showing their quality products instead of aiming at appearance.

  • i really support this new rule, however, when i think about it. Everyone there is 18 anyways, so I don't see much of a difference this would make on anyone.
