  • Oh, I guess I was basing my thoughts on these 2 charts: 01. NDS Animal Crossing: Wild World (Oideyo Doubutsu no Mori) - Nintendo - 325,466 (NEW) 02. GCN Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen! 4 - Tomy - 122,322 (NEW) 03. GBA Rockman EXE 6 Grayga Version - Capcom - 107,099 (NEW) and 01. GCN Mario Party 7 - Nintendo - 83,974 (new) Oh, and this one from a while ago: 01. GBA Famicom Mini Super Mario Brothers - Nintendo - 45,000 (283,000) 02. NDS Tamagotchi no Petit Petit Omisecchi - Bandai - 31,000 (237,000) And maybe this one too: NDS Tamagotchi no Petit Petit Omisettchi - Bandai - 55,000 (205,000)

  • Those DS sale figures are just insane...1 million in 3/4 weeks...

  • DS = 2x everything else. @_@

  • Nintendo > All!

  • Yea...huge PS2 games usually do take the top spot, and the next two weeks should be no exception, especailly with one of the most highly anticipated releases to hit Japan (Kingdom Hearts II). =P Still...it should be a good next two weeks for Nintendo since the Brain Training title really focuses on the non-gaming demographic anyways.

  • Like I said, most the time it is a ps2 game if you do check, the DS/Cube/GBA has had a lot of no.1's but PS2 has had more on the charts.

  • its impossible for animal crossing to pass teh million mark by next but 2 is more likely

  • (That last game was in first)

  • Holy shit, in 2003 the Gamecube was doing better than the PSP. Sony am doomed in Japan? Now--let's work on America where the DS is barely beating te PSP, and Europe where they are both neck and neck.

  • I'm betting it here, now. Both Animal Crossing, and Adult Brain Training WILL pass the one million mark by next week. Too bad we won't get to see them though--no charts next week because of the holiday. We will get one combined (or) two seperate charts sometime after, so we'll see then. But wow--did the GBA have a million seller this fast? Nintendo really needs to delay Brain Training 2/English Training until the PSP gets a price drop...that would combat it nicely.

  • Woah....4 times as many DSes sold as PSPs. That is just insane.

    zaraf, 30-11--0001 at 00:00
  • No surprise with Tales of the Abyss. Japan loves their Tales games which always moves straight to the top. Lot of surprises though from Tamagotchi making a strong comeback and Brain Training for Adults/Gentle Brain Exercises making a triumphant return to the Top 10. Good stuff...=)

  • A Nintendo game usually isnt at the top, its usually a huge Ps2 title, with Nintendos following.

    skarma, 30-11--0001 at 00:00
  • AHHH!!! A NINTENDO GAME ISN'T AT THE TOP OF THE LIST!!! APOCOLYPSE!!! *runs and hides*

    Nintendude, 30-11--0001 at 00:00
  • Man, in a couple of weeks Adult Brain Training will top a million units sold in Japan alone. These sales are crazy. Can the DS be stopped?
