Revolution - Released in June Worldwide?

While not handheld news exactly, according to SPOnG, Revolution will be released in all territories next June...

Iwata reportedly states: "I want to put it on the market to as many countries as possible at the same time." However, Nintendo's president also confirms that we won't be seeing the console or its magical wavy wand of mystery until after April, suggesting that - as expected - the Revolution will be the last of the next-gen machines to spring onto shelves.

Although SPOnG actually goes as far as saying it will be release June 06 in all territorys. Then again, it is SPOnG.

  this is good to know. i was hopeing for an earlyer time for it to come out. but oh well. maybe by then we'll see rumers about another metroid prime for the DS. :D

  Actually Nintendo's hotline has quickly changed to "scheduled to release in 2006", nothing about later half.
