Mario Paint Coming To The DS?

Spong today revealed that Mario Paint for the DS is in the works. Although Spong is not always trustworthy it would be no surprise at all. According to the article Nintendo is thinking about putting the three different features of the original which are music, drawing, and animation into three seperate versions all though they said this is still up in the air.

The game will also include support to connect to the Revolution version. The program is also said to have the ability to swap creations with friends. According to Spong the game is currently slated for release in mid-late 2006. Although none of this is official it would come as no surprise considering how perfectly suited the DS's touch screen. Stay tuned for more information as becomes available.

  This sounds awesome, but I assumed that they would atleast think about making it if not. Now all we need is a DS camera, what happen to the gba camera... what a jip.. I sooo wanted a gba camera... : /

  I hope this true. And if it isn't, then maybe Nintendo will see this and say, "OMG, what idiots we were. We should do this! Hurry up, get started before they realize that we took their idea!!!" Or something to that effect.
