Digimon World DS: Snippet of info

First screenshots and videos were shown at the Toei Shareholder's Conference, and it is confirmed to be a 3D adventure.

  Tokyo Animation Festival. It wouldn't make sense if a Bandai game showed up at a Toei festival.

  aduckie: I didn't quite explain myself... I meant, the Digimon Season 05 was shown there, as well as a VERY short video of Digimon World DS. You could barely call it a trailer. More like a powerpoint presentation... Do you mean Digimon Season 5 as in anime the show!?!?!?!??!?

  yes, and that since DS game is somewhat related, i assume they decided to show it, since it provides a pretty good opportunity.

  A report from Toei said that they will never produce any Digimon product after Digimon Movie 7. Hence the reason why Digimon X Evolution was created by Bandai. I heard some rumor of either ABC or Disney will pick up Digimon series' production right, that rumor has still yet to be confirmed or denied.

  Actually Digimon is aimed to a older audience, but meh. Like Pokemon it appeals to alot (lol) of people.

  I'm 15 and the only reason I don't still play Digimon World 1 (PS1) occasionally is because I scratched my copy. It was a good game, but DWtwo broke my faith in the franchise forever.
