Nintendo Enters New Market

Nintendo of Japan is experimenting to operate in a new market. Will we have to open up a new 'handheld' section soon?

Nintendo has granted the Japanese NTT DoCoMo and Vodafone a license to offer mobile phone owners various Nintendo-related properties. Nintendo-screensavers, ringtones or wallpapers.. even a text-service to inform our Japanese friends on the latest Nintendo news (and with the Revolution in sight, that text service could prove useful).

For now, the mobile service will only be available in Japan for a price of about 2 dollars a month.
