Rumours of a new GBA (the GBA2) exist a long time now. However, Qbas (from C-E's boards) found an interesting picture on Kodak's site...

Kodaks article shows their 'new' Active Matrix technology. This type of screen is supposed to create more light than a traditional LCD screen (Liquid Crystal Display).
The picture on Kodaks site show a GBA-like handheld with an Active Matrix screen. No other enhancements can be seen.

Take note: these are only rumours! Nintendo hasn't announced anything (yet).
