Game Boy Micro - Date Revealed

With rumours all around about the price tag of the Micro, one things for sure, and thats the release date.

Nintendo has revealed that the company will release the Game Boy Micro handheld system on September 19th in North America. No price has been announced.

The Game Boy Micro is a redesigned version of the existing Game Boy Advance platform, a unit that plays all GBA games in a much smaller handheld system. The unit measures a scant four inches wide, two inches tall, and .7 inches thick, and weighs just 2.8 ounces, complete with built-in rechargeable battery. The device has replaceable face plates, and features a better contrast, though smaller, LCD screen than the Game Boy Advance SP system thanks to backlight technology.
