Super Smash Bros. DS - "We're thinking about it"

In a recent interview between Miyamoto-san and EGM (American Gaming Magazine), when asked about if a Super Smash Bros. would make it's way to the DS (like the Revolution), Shigeru Miyamoto simply replied "We're thinking about it".

EGM: Moving on to other games--we know Smash Bros. is coming to the Revolution, but what about DS?

SM: We're thinking about it.

  but how would they go bout doing that, i mean, jump stars is a good concept, but if a SSB game was 2d, that would be discouraging. Also, if it was 3d, the screen would be a tad small.

  you know they are going to do it....with 3D sprites like the N64 version and its going to span both screens and the touch screen is going to be used to do random stuff :D

  EGM is Electronic Gaming Magazine. Nice to know there's going to be a SSB for the DS, maybe. Maybe the camera's will be like Spiderman 2, with the side view on the first screen, the first-person view on the other. Now if I only had a DS in the first place...
