Mist Walker Joins DS Developers?
Word is, that the next issue of Famitsu will have some new RPG information for the Nintendo DS.
According to various Japanese sources, the next edition of Famitsu Weekly will feature an interview with Hironobu Sakaguchi. Sakaguchi, often referred to as the 'Father of Final Fantasy', left Square-Enix (back then it was still Squaresoft) and started his own company called Mist Walker about a year ago.
Sakaguchi revealed in an interview back in August 2004 that Mist Walker was working on two SRPG's (Simulation Role Playing Game), but that he could not reveal any names, platforms or other details. The only thing he did add back then was "I'll incorporate the good points from past games, but I'm working to my limit in hopes that these games will bring tears to the eyes of their players, in the ways that only novels and movies could."
Now the Famitsu interview is said to reveal the first details on one of these projects: a SRPG for the Nintendo DS, which will be fully controlled using the stylus only.
