The developers demo from E3 2004 has evolved: Balloon Trip has become a full game.

Many gamers who saw the demo during the E3 event begged Nintendo to create a full game out of this title, or at least release the demo itself. Nintendo seems to have chosen for the first option and added a few new features.

So what's the story? A stork drops Baby Mario, and he falls through the sky. A touch on the touchscreen creates clouds that maneuver him toward gold coins and away from enemies. Try to keep Baby Mario safe from the enemies by simply putting obstacles in the way of them. Of course, you can do the very same thing with your opponents in a multiplayer game.

But where the demo ended, the game continues. On the surface, everyone's favorite green Nintendo-dinosaur is waiting for the baby: Yoshi! From that point, Baby Mario will sit on Yoshi's back and you'll have to guide Yoshi over the various obstacles and manouver between the enemies. Even Yoshi's most favorite movie has returned: throwing eggs.
