Majesco 'Rolls' in
Majesco announced a new game: Rolling. Many extreme sports are currently made available on GBA and this time, it's inline-skating which gets the opportunity to prove itself worthy.

continually push the sport beyond its boundaries," said Ken Gold, Vice
President of Marketing for Majesco. "Rage has worked tirelessly with the
inline skating community throughout the game's development to ensure the
most authentic experience on any game console."
Rolling includes the top inline skaters in the world including renowned
street skater Jon Julio, and world champions Cesar Mora and Fabiola Da
Silva, plus a supporting cast of 15 professional street and vert skaters
from around the globe. Fast-paced and exciting, Rolling allows players to
perform the most intense tricks across stunningly realistic game
environments.
Additional features include:
* 14 skating courses include real life skate parks such as Escondido
Skate Park (CA), shopping malls and street-based environments;
* Over 200 tricks, including all the correct 'grinds', 'grabs' and
'flips', painstakingly translated from the sport by continual feedback from
pro skaters;
* Non-linear game progression allows free-form travel throughout
individual levels;
* Various single and multi-player game modes;
* Skate Park Editor allows users to create customized courses;
* Video Mode allows players to edit their own inline skating videos
and Photo Shoot mode puts the gamer's character on the cover of magazines
and in their sponsor's adverts;
* Build your 'reputation' and earn sponsorships from over 30 real-life
skate gear manufacturers
* Create, modify and dress your own skater using an in-depth body,
face, clothing, skate and equipment editor with over 1200 clothing items;
* Over an hour of never-before-seen video footage shot and edited by
inline skating videographers, Dave Paine and Drew Bachrach.
Rolling is scheduled for release in Fall 2002 and is being publicly unveiled
for the first time by Majesco in Rooms 409A and 409B of Concourse Hall -
Level 2, during the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, May
22 - 24.
