Nintendo was already working on it's promotional campaign based on the "Who Are You?" slogan. Reseller Wal-Mart now shows a black (onyx) GBA SP with a custom "Who Are You?" logo on it.

As far as we know (nor did our source), Nintendo never officially announced this limited edition.
