After Japan and the US declared their GBA SP price-drops and Nintendo of Europe hinting at one of their own, Nintendo of Australia follows the trend...

Effective September 16th, the record-breaking Game Boy Advance SP will sell at an all-time low suggested retail price of just $149.95 (that's Australian dollars), a full $50 less than its current suggested price.

"Nintendo has always owned the portable video game market, and this great new price further strengthens our leadership position by offering this best selling Game Boy Advance SP at a very attractive mass market price point", says Rose Lappin, Director of Sales and Marketing, Nintendo Australia.
