Intelligent Systems released development tools

New Nintendo DS development tools appeared.

According to the German website Just-Cubed the Intelligent Systems, which made Mawaru! Made in Wario and Advance Wars, released two Nintendo DS development tools. The names are "IS-NITRO-DEBUGGER"(Version 1.03) and "IS-NITRO-WRITER" (Version 0.84).

The files are avalaible for people, that have a password for the site. We don't know whether that downloads are the final versions of the tools.
