PictoChat to feature web browser?

AfromanPeter wrote to us using the submit-news link: It appears as if Nintendo recently updated its Pictochat trademarks, and also added some details in the description.

Quote from their description:

"providing on-line information and news in the field of entertainment; providing online news, hints and other computer/electronic/video game information through a global computer network"

This trademark is dated 9th of August, so, it's possible even Nintendo didn't plan this while they showed us the E3 version.

This adds to what Miyamoto himself stated in an interview previously, where he says with the proper software, the DS can be used to browse the Internet. IGN has translated bits from that interview here.
