Animal Crossing 3DS Information

Before the end of Nintendo Direct, a few bits of information of Animal Crossing were revealed to eager watchers.

The most important is that the title is set to launch in Fall 2012 in Japan. Expect simular release date periods in other regions such as Europe, Australia and America. With information expected to be revealed for the specific regions later this weekend.

The game has also gotten its final name. "Tobidase Doubutsu no Mori", with the Tobidase phrase most likely advertising the fact it is 3D. However Iwata also mentioned that the term could be applied to the games Wireless functions as well. It is unknown at this stage what the translated title will be.
