GBA Mailbag

Sunday, mailbag-day. Only one question this time.

Sunday, mailbag-day. Only one question this time. Well, actually 3 questions in one letter...

Krissy asked:

Can you play the Sims bustin out on the Gameboy sp? And if so, can you connect a sp and an advance and play together or do you just play with two advances? One more thing... can you play with two game boys connected with only one game in one of the game boys?

Well Krissy, to start with your first question: yes. There aren't many games that aren't playable on the GBA SP, and those which don't are often games that use the tilt-chip. It's also possible to link-up between a GBA SP and a regular GBA, since both are actually the same handheld (but one has an extra lightsource, a different battery, etc). So don't worry: whether you own a GBA or a GBA SP, the game will run fine on both versions.

On to your third question about The Sims: Bustin' Out. As Electronic Arts described, "players may trade rare objects with other players by joining in each other's once-a-day auctions if connected to another Game Boy Advance with The Sims: Bustin' Out". Both players will need a GBA and a copy of The Sims.

I hope this satisfies your questions, if not: feel free to submit another question.
