THQ has announced another Scooby Doo game, this time based on the second movie: Scooby-Doo! Two: Monsters Unleashed.

The storyline of Scooby-Doo! Two: Monsters Unleashed matches the movie plot, with characteristic Scooby humor and varied game play: Mystery, Inc. has donated all the costumes they've collected while unmasking monsters to the Coolsville Criminology Museum. At the exhibition's grand opening, the Pterodactyl Ghost costume "comes alive", breaks out, smashes open the other display cases, collects most of the costumes, and escapes -- vowing revenge upon the members of Mystery, Inc. On the Game Boy Advance, players control Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, and Daphne throughout five worlds, each with four levels, to meet and defeat creepy monsters and ghosts, capture the Pterodactyl Ghost, and solve the mystery of who is under the costume. As a reward for completing the game, the players can re-play all of the mini games and fight enemy bosses individually in special battles.

Scooby-Doo! Two: Monsters Unleashed is scheduled to ship in early 2004, in conjunction with the film's theatrical release.
