After getting demoted to Fairies 3rd class by Von Strangle, they will need Timmy Turner's to help get the book back and save their jobs. With chaos at every turn, Timmy's got to use his wishes wisely to ultimately defeat the one person whom he dreads the most...VICKY! ...only this time, she is under the magical control of the most evil of all Anti-Fairies, Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda!
