4Kids Entertainment has announced the GBA-TV. Not really a TV, more like a movie-player according to me...

The new type of cartridge allows GBA-TV owners to watch some of their favorite 4Kids Entertainment cartoons on their GBA. Pausing, Resuming, Stopping, Rewinding, Chapter Searching and (of course) Playing options will be available for each of the episode-cartridges. No separate playing device will be needed, all will be included on the cartridge with the episodes (two on each cartridge) you buy. Current plan are to include episodes of Pokon, Kirby and Yu-Gi-Oh.

The GBA-TV is expected to reach the stores during Q4 2003, for a price under $20. Images will be shown within the next few days, during E3.
