Wayforward released this game a while ago for the GBC. They started developing a GBA version, which became a backburner project. But now that there are more interested gamers, Shantae Advance has been officially announced! However, the game might actually be released on the N-Gage first. Info and screens inside.

Shantae's back in this adventure quest game for the Gameboy Advance, now in development by WayForward Technologies. The nefarious lady-pirate Risky Boots has rigged a subterranean carousel beneath Sequin Land, and is ready screw things up with a worldwide revolution. Shantae must lean more hair-whip attacks, belly dances, creature transformations, and magical moves than ever before if she hopes to defeat Risky and her host of evil minions!
