Capcom to release Resident Evil Demos for the 3DS

There's already been some considerable discussion, over the last few weeks, about the effectiveness of demos on the 3DS with producer Hideki Konno saying he was doubtful that it actually motivated gamers to purchase full retail versions. Capcom appear to think otherwise and have just announced there first demo for the new 3DS handheld

According to a number of game sites Resident Evil: Mercenaries 3D will come with a demo version of Capcom's other Resident Evil game: Revelations. Capcom are referring to this as a 'Pilot Version' which is the same name they gave to the build shown at Nintendo World in January.
