Free 3D Video for your 3DS!

Nintendo have already hinted that a future firmware update may allow you to film in 3D and while the current camera offers hours of fun, to actually capture moving images would be incredible. With this in mind Nintendo have just given all 3DS owners the ability to snag themselves a free 3D video and we have all the details inside.

The video itself is part of a new firmware update which improves several areas of the systems functionality including connectivity and SpotPass. In order to access the update simply select 'System Settings', from the Home Screen and then 'Other Settings' and finally 'System Update'. It's also important to keep your 3DS connected to a power source as downloading an incomplete update can cause no end of problems.

The video itself is short, but impressive and not only shows off the improved screen resolution but some great 3D 'sight gags' including splashing water and fireworks. Enjoy.
