Conduit 3DS Gameplay Footage

Gamesite, Desructoid have managed to snag some gameplay footage of the Conduit tech demo on the 3DS and pretty impressive it looks to. The demo uses assets from the Wii version and we can only hope that it makes it to a full commercial release.

  A while ago they had already announced a The Conduit title for 3DS, it was unclear whether it will be The Conduit 1 port or The Conduit 2. The demo they mentioned was The Conduit 2 models ported to 3DS purely for tech demo purpose, mainly to show their Quantum engine can be ported to 3DS just like Street Fighter and Metal Gear.

  If they do release one for the 3DS I might pick it up. (I was under the impression that this is a proof of concept that their engine can run on the 3DS and isn't a real game yet?) But at the same time I'm not expecting much- while the developer tries and packs things into the titles they produce, they always seem to be quite shallow and unpolished.

  I really want to support High Voltage, they are risk takers. They developed Quantum engine for Wii, which is the first engine created specifically for Wii as opposed to using GameCube engines. The Conduit is promising, deserve some praises even if it is not ground breaking. So I am picking up The Conduit 2 and the 3DS port to support what they are doing.
