The Christmas Number one is...
Video games trade body UKIE today announces that Call of Duty: Black Ops has taken the top spot as this year's video games Christmas No1, with video games and interactive entertainment once again showing itself to be the entertainment and leisure activity of choice. UKIE's chart (compiled by GfK Chart-Track) shows that Call of Duty: Black Ops topped the 2010 Christmas charts, it has now sold a total of 3 million copies since it launched and is one of only three titles to top the 100m mark (the other two are Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Wii Fit). The top ten combined have collectively sold a total of more than 10m and generated more than 345m in revenue.
