Thruspace: High Velocity 3D Puzzle Announced
A few days ago Nintendo revealed the game Surinuki Anatousu, a WiiWare title which involves trippy Tetris like bricks going through holes, well now an OFLC rating has revealed its English name.
A few details have been revealed for the 3D puzzler, its due out September 7th in Japan and most likely soon after in other regions. It will be selling for 800 points and will be on the WiiWare service.
The game goes through 3D side scrolling stages while you control Tetromino-like blocks which you can rotate and position into various holes in the stage. Known control methods are using the Wiimote and nunchuck to move pieces with the d-pad, rotate with either A or B and Accelerate with Z.
There are different ways to get high scores, combos and other tricks which the game incorporates. You get to retry if you hit the wall and there is a time limit.
There is an endless mode if you want to keep playing forever and a trick challenge mode if you like doing tricks. Also included is Wi-Fi for worldwide rankings.
A little bit of trivia, the Japanese name "Surinuku Anatoousu" means to go through holes.
